Watermelon Mojito

Given a person a choice between a slice of watermelon and a pot of gold, and on a warm summer's day, he is likely to choose the former! Who can resist the watermelon? Further, this delectable thirst- quencher is packed with nutrients like vitamin C and A. Salt induces the flavor of the watermelon to strongly combine with the other flavors in this drink. All I can say is "Indulge!"
